At Gemiknife, we love pizza. We love perfect slices of pizza. Better yet, we love freshly grated parmesan on our perfect slices of pizza. So we set out to design a kitchen tool to accomplish just that. Our patent pending Pizza Cutter Plus ™ is a multi-functional kitchen tool that will be right at home in your kitchen as it is in ours. Whether it’s 8 slices or 18, cut with confidence knowing you’ve got the right tool for the job.
Once you have those perfect slices why not dress them up? Freshly grated parmesan just tastes better, ask the Italians. So we built in a cheese grater and sized it to provide shreds large enough to hold their flavor, while small enough to not take over that perfect slice. The medium sized grater can also be used to shred fresh mozzarella to start, your call!
At Gemiknife®, we don’t love kitchen tools that don’t last. So we used 20 gauge 18/0 stainless steel to build our Pizza Cutter Plus™. There will be no blade bending while cutting here unlike those other guys’ flimsy rocker cutters. We don’t love kitchen tools that don’t work well, so we centered our handle on the blade and sharpened the blade to achieve maximum effectiveness with minimum effort. We don’t love kitchen tools with sneaky advertising so we made our Pizza Cutter Plus™ really 14 inches, not 13.75” like those other guys. We don’t love kitchen tools that aren’t hygienic so we built our pizza cutter from one solid stainless steel piece so the germs can’t hide, and it’s dishwasher safe. We don’t love kitchen tools that aren’t safe, so we provided a sturdy sheath to protect you and the pizza cutter blade & grater when stored. Lastly, we don’t love kitchen tools that are one trick ponies, so we designed one that is truly versatile. Try it on quesadillas, sandwiches & paninis, chopping/shredding veggies, mincing herbs, cutting brownies & bar cookies, take it camping, have fun & seize the possibilities!
